Our Policies and Warranties

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY Baïa16 residential sinks are guaranteed against any manufacturing defect related to material and workmanship provided they have been installed in accordance with our instructions.

This warranty is for the original owner and is not transferable. In the event of a defect, we undertake to replace your sink with an identical or equivalent model.

Under no circumstances will we be liable for material and labor costs for the removal or installation of a replacement sink.

In addition, we cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damage or loss caused to property or to anyone as well as inconveniences resulting from the defect of the sink.

The transportation costs for the return of the defective product as well as the transportation costs for sending a replacement sink are the responsibility of the buyer. The warranty covering the accessories included with your sink, namely strainers, bottom grids, cutting board and vegetable rinse, is one (1) year from the date of purchase.

EXCLUSION This warranty does not cover products that have been misused or whose damage results from any negligence. Scratches, nicks, dents or stains do not constitute a manufacturing defect.
