LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

 

Baïa16 residential sinks are warranted against all manufacturing defects related to material and workmanship, provided they have been installed in accordance with our instructions.

This warranty is intended for the original owner and is non-transferable. In the event of a defect, we commit to replacing your sink with an identical or equivalent model.

In no event shall we be held liable for material and labor costs for the removal or installation of a replacement sink. Furthermore, we shall not be held liable for direct or indirect damages or losses caused to the property or to any person, nor for any inconvenience resulting from the sink's defect.

Shipping costs for the return of the defective product, as well as shipping costs for sending a replacement sink, are the responsibility of the purchaser. The warranty covering the accessories included with your sink—namely strainers, bottom grids, cutting board, and colander—is one (1) year from the date of purchase.

EXCLUSION

 

This warranty does not cover products that have been used improperly or whose damage results from any form of negligence. Scratches, nicks, dents, or stains do not constitute a manufacturing defect.
